1. Eligibility

The Dream Your Vacations VIP Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals 18 years or older who book travel services through Dream Your Vacations. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Period

Entries are collected on a quarterly basis:

• Q1: January 1 – March 31

• Q2: April 1 – June 30

• Q3: July 1 – September 30

• Q4: October 1 – December 31

Winners will be selected and announced by the end of the month following each quarter.

3. How to Enter

• Each completed travel booking made through Dream Your Vacations during the applicable quarter earns one (1) entry.

• Multiple bookings may result in multiple entries.

• Group bookings and referrals may receive bonus entries at the sole discretion of Dream Your Vacations.

• Entries are automatically tracked—no additional action is required to enter.

4. Prize Details

Each quarter will include:

• One (1) Grand Prize

• One (1) Runner-Up Prize

Prizes may include travel credits, gift cards, travel-related products, or curated gift packages. Prize details and approximate values may vary each quarter.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random using a digital spinner or equivalent random selection method. Winners will be announced publicly via Dream Your Vacations’ social media platforms and/or website.

Winners may also be contacted directly using the information provided at the time of booking.

6. Prize Conditions

• Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

• DY Vacations reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

• Travel credits (if applicable) may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, or usage restrictions.

7. Publicity

By participating, entrants agree to allow DY Vacations to use their name and/or likeness for promotional purposes (such as announcing winners), unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

DY Vacations reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless DY Vacations from any liability related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.
